Hello,
Its Ronald Stevenson from Bradford (U.K). I don’t know whether my experience of Gynecomastia surgery in India is worth sharing with you all or not but I want to tell you all, I want to share my happiness with all of you that I am experiencing after seeing the positive results of Gynecomastia in India. But you’ll have to come to a flash back of my life that was 5 months before getting the surgery in last year 2007.After I was fifteen myself as well as my parents saw signs of breast development on my chest. I am a healthy guy so I thought it may be bulkiness or fat deposits on my chest. At the age of twenty I went to London for a degree in business management. I was living as a paying guest in the house of an old couple as their children lived and earned out of the city. I preferred living there rather in a hostel. But the breast development on my chest was noticed by my house owner Mr Andrews, he said “ Oh boy! look after yourself well,go to some doctor or a surgeon and get a medical treatment or else you would face trouble in future”.At that time I didn’t mind or take his words seriously but after a week I underwent an unpleasant incident on Monday afternoon. I was playing basketball in our local compound with neighbouring young lads of course they became good friends to me. I was playing well and threw the ball into the net four times then a boy named Joe in the opposite team laughed and commented on me saying “boys having big breasts play well I have seen it for the first time in my life.” That comment hurt me to the depth of my heart. I couldn’t sleep well that night. I shared about this incident with Mr Andrews and he said “ I had told you to do some thing about it now you can see the trouble for yourself, don’t worry we would see a surgeon on the forthcoming Saturday”.
And I went to a doctor for a diagnosis along with Mr. Andrews and after looking at my chest showing female signs, he asked me about the time from which I got into this condition, I told him that breast development were seen on my body during teenage, the doctor told me that all this happens due to hormonal imbalance at that time you should have followed a medication procedure during the puberty period. Now injections promoting hormonal balance would not give any considerable relief the breast structure has grown to its full extent so you would need a breast reduction or Gynecomastia surgery so better consult a cosmetic surgeon for it. I told about my meeting to Momma and Dad on phone and they suggested me to meet a cosmetic surgeon in London and tell them about the cost of Gynecomastia surgery. After two days of my meeting with the doctor Mr. Andrews told me that he had seen a website of a medical tourism company called Tour2india4health that was arranging medical trips to India for abroad patients for getting medical treatments and surgeries with first class healthcare and lodging facilities at the renowned hospitals in India and the price of the surgery packages and health recovery programmes was also less and affordable. International patients are coming for gynecomastia in India in major industrialized cities like Mumbai, Goa, Kerela, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune. I too surfed the website of the medical tourism company and was convinced with its health recovery package offers. I told my Dad about the offered services of the medical tourism company.
After two weeks of having called to Dad on phone I was surprised to see him sitting in the drawing room of Mr. Andrews on Thursday evening. He was enjoying tea with him, and I asked Dad about his sudden meeting without making me any call and he told me that he was convinced about the surgery packages and their affordable price seen on the website, so he made a call to the company and talked about my trouble and the company told about gynecomastia surgery in India at a very less price. The company had made the arrangements of a medical trip to India and appointment with the cosmetic surgeon in India. My father continued telling that I was given an appointment in India with the cosmetic surgeon on 12th August 2007 the gynecomastia surgery was supposed to be completed in three days including three additional days of post surgery observation for correction of side effects. I was listening to my father for ten minutes and I couldn’t imagine that all this would happen so soon. Finally I came to India for gynecomastia surgery along with my father for getting gynecomastia surgery to a cosmetic surgery center accompanied with a health consultant of the medical tourism company who came to receive us at the airport. It was 7’o’clock morning when we reached the Indian for gynecomastia surgery though our flight to India was a comfortable one but we slept for three hours in the guest room of the hospital that was equal to a five star hotel room in terms of facilities, We awoke at 11’o’clock and after getting refreshed got the morning breakfast consisting coffee, and vegetable sandwitches, then the refered cosmetic surgeon came to our room with two nurses, he met with us very warmly in a friendly tone and said to my father” I have seen the X-ray reports of Ronald it seems that all this happened due to lack of presence of testosterone hormone so he would be given the surgery form today onwards at noon.” And the doctor left the room saying so and I was brought to the surgery room at 3’o’clock and given an anesthesia. After 2 hours when I woke up my Dad was sitting beside my bed he asked me smilingly” How are you feeling my son?” I asked him what had happened during the surgery and my father told that the surgeon had removed all the fatty tissues during gynecomastia surgery by making an incision and inserting a hollow suction tube in it and the procedure would be done for two more days. In the case of international patients, gynecomastia in India is usually prompted by the desire – or need – to have procedures done on the cheap in cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Goa. The health consultant of the medical tourism company came to meet us in the evening after enquiring my well being he said “ did you like our city, I hope you are feeling comfortable in India and I wish Ronald to recover very soon after the successful completion of Gynecomastia surgery?” and dad replied smilingly “We are enjoying a comfortable stay in India and your city seems to be rich in cultural heritage could you take us around the city for a look, we would really appreciate it”. The medical tourism consultant agreed to take us around the city on the day before our return journey to U.K. Tourism industry offers highest quality of medical services with affordable price for gynecomastia in India and other related surgery.
The cosmetic surgeons of India continued the procedure of Gynecomastia surgery for one more day and I was kept under a post surgery observation for 5days during this time I was given ECA capsules 3 time a day total upward of 60 mgs of C per day the surgeon also gave a fat reduction gel and it was applied on my chest at morning and night before sleep. The surgeon told me to continue using the gel upto one month after Gynecomastia surgery. During that week stay in India my surgeon including the entire staff gave their full cooperation to us, we had no problem in conversing with them as all of them were well conversant in speaking English. On Friday evening the health consultant of the medical tourism company came and took us for an outing around the city. At night time Hyderabad city looked glamorous like a beautiful bride who is about to get married. Dad and myself really appreciated seeing the “Charminar” that was famous around the world. We had our dinner at a fantastic restaurant, the chicken served at the dinner was prepared in a style used by Muslims and it was really tasty but I ate only a few crumbs as the surgeon had told me to avoid heavy food for two weeks. On Saturday morning we got ready to return back to India the surgeons and the medical staff of the cosmetic surgery hospital bade us good bye in a warm and cheerful way. I would always remember and remain grateful to the cosmetic surgeons of India and of course the health consultants of the medical tourism company who cooperated me and I got a successful Gynecomastia surgery in India. Now I am looking normal and smart like other young lads enjoying my life.
Ronald

[...] Visit here for gynecomastia surgery hospitals in India. Choices of treatment depend on several factors. The first is the cause of the disorder. If it is drug-induced, discontinuance of the agent may be all that is needed. If it is pubertal, watchful waiting is in order, since in most patients the condition will resolve spontaneously. It is due to hyperthyroidism, acute hepatic disorders, or a recent onset of hypogonadism may remit in response to therapy for the underlying disorder. The second consideration is whether it is an incidental finding, detected only by the physician, or is brought to the attention of the physician by the patient himself. Mild asymptomatic gynecomastia detected only through physical examination requires no therapy other than treatment of the underlying cause. A third factor to consider is the length of time has been present. [...]

[...] Click here for surgeons of gynecomastia surgery at hospitals of Mumbai in India. Since the development of breast tissue in males occurs in an analogous manner to that in females, the same hormones that affect female breast tissue can cause gynecomastia. The testes secrete only 6-10 mg of estradiol and 2.5 mg of estrone per day. Since this only comprises a small fraction of estrogens in circulation (i.e. 15% of estradiol and 5% of estrone), the remainder of estrogen in males is derived from the extraglandular aromatization of testosterone and androstenedione to estradiol and estrone, respectively. Thus, any cause of estrogen excess from overproduction to peripheral aromatization of androgens can initiate the cascade to breast development.
